FREE Shipping

We provide FREE worldwide STANDARD shipping (45-60 Days) for all sex dolls. However, if you choose expedited shipping by air (Delivery Within 3-10 Days), the associated cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Production Time

Our production process begins as soon as an order is received. The timeframe for order fulfillment varies depending on the specific model, typically ranging from 3 to 7 days.

Delivery Time 

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays)

Handling Time

We check inventory every day to ensure that there are sufficient stocks for every product. Usually, the processing time of the warehouse is 1–3 days. If you have selected a doll of a custom function, order processing time can range from 3–7 days, depending on the selected customization options and the number of orders in the queue.

*Please understand that a sex doll is a customized product that is made to order according to the customer's specifications. Although we strive to ship every order in the above time frame, processing time could be slightly longer in exceptional cases.

In Stock Standard Shipping

Worldwide: 3-7 days for delivery

Air Shipping (Expensive)

Worldwide: 10-15 days

Ocean Shipping-Standard Freight Shipping

US: 25-30 days.

CA: 45-60 days.

Rail Shipping

EU: 40-50 days.

Note:

* Because of the special Canadian sea transport, the sea transport logistics status of Canadian orders is not open freight inquiry, so there will be about 30 days when customers are unable to check the logistics status, but our company can check through the shipping system. If you order Canadian shipping orders, please contact us to check the logistics status, after the package reaches Canada, UPS will update the logistics status and delivery of your order, thank you for your understanding.

*As for PO BOX Addresses, since our products are large items, we cannot use PO BOX Addresses

Warning: Due to long-distance transportation, some packages may be damaged. When you find that the package is damaged or unpacked, please refuse to sign for it! If you are unfortunate to sign a damaged product, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Every doll undergoes a meticulous inspection process prior to shipping. If you encounter any issues upon receiving your sex doll, kindly reach out to us at support@sexdollcenter.com within 24 hours of signing for the delivery, and provide relevant images and videos so that we can assist in resolving the matter.

Here are some important points to consider:

  • In the event that the packaging is severely damaged, it is essential to file a claim with the carrier as soon as you receive the package. We will then determine whether to offer a refund or a replacement based on the extent of damage to the doll.
  • If there are no issues with the product and the packaging remains unopened, you have the option to return the item within 3 days of receiving it. Please note that the shipping costs are borne by sexdollcenter.
  • If you wish to request a refund or initiate a return, please contact us via email to initiate the necessary discussions.
  • Please be aware that used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Most orders are generally dispatched within 3 days (Excludes weekends) but may up to 5 days, sometimes longer. You will receive a dispatched email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email, contact us at us, and we can give you real-time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not. It always takes 1 to 2 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Since the sex doll is a special product, only one ship is shipped once a week, so tracking numbers usually update in 3-7 days.


Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, VAT is only for orders within the EU (European Union). Customers in the UK need to pay the duties themselves. 

My item arrived broken or damaged, what can I do?

If your product is damaged please take photos and a video then send them to us. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hours. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases, or other packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.


Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder, so please check there. If you still can not find it, please do let us know.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

When you receive your dispatched email, it will be there most of the time, if you can not find it, please email us for an update on your tracking.
